Freelancing
Sign up on non-English freelancer marketplaces and bid for projects with half the price of your market rate. We will compensate you the other half. Then, use BiiB app to communicate with your foreign clients.
Tour Guiding
Offer free tours to non-English speaking travelers. Use BiiB’s hands-free mode to conduct your tour in different languages, just like a live audio guide! We will pay your standard tour guide rate.
Migrant Workers
If you employ migrant workers, we will pay you USD2 for each foreign worker who downloaded our app, and when you use our multilingual group chat to talk with them.

How and when will I be compensated?
You will be paid via PayPal or wire transfer one week after you submitted the feedback form.
How much can you compensate?
This depends on the use case. For freelancing project, we will pay 50% of your confirmed fees. For tour guiding, we will pay your standard tour guide rate for one trip. For information assistant at concierge, we will pay you a fixed hourly rate. Please read the sign up form for more details.
Any fees I need to pay?
No, you do not have to pay any fees to join this program.
How many times can I claim for compensation?
This depends on your use case and the results. But you can get a minimum of one claim.
Can I propose other use cases?
Yes, certainly. Just fill in the form and state your proposed use case.
Can I use the app in an English-speaking setting?
Sorry no. We only accept use cases where you need to use our app to communicate in different languages.
How many languages does your app support?
Currently supported languages are English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Hindi, Thai, Russian, Burmese, Khmer, Malay and Bengali.
Must I stick to one language at a time?
No, you may use multi languages at once when performing the use case.
Can I conduct the use case in my native language that is not English?
Yes, absolutely!
How to create my profile in a foreign language on freelancing sites?
You can use the multitude of AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral, and Claude to perform the translations. You may then verify the translation using Google Translate.

Do you have PC version for me to use to communicate with clients?
At the moment, we do not have a PC version but development is under way
What is the maximum amount of claim I can get for a tour?
You can receive up to USD200 per claim.
What details do I need to provide when submitting for a claim?
You need to ensure that you are using the app in your use case. So, we need screenshots of you using the app with your customers. You may redact any sensitive messages. We also need a receipt on the amount you were paid by your client.
