How It Works

Install the Plugin: Download and activate BiiB Chat Support from the WordPress plugin repository.
Download BiiB on Your Phone: Install the free BiiB app from Google Play or Apple App Store. Then, sign up to obtain your BiiB web URL
Configure Your BiiB URL: In the WordPress admin panel (Settings > BiiB Chat), enter your unique BiiB web URL (e.g., https://biib.me/web/yourusername).
Customize the Icon: Choose a color for the chat icon and translate the “Help?” text to match your site’s language.
